Do you sell alcohol? 

No, we do not sell alcohol of any kind. 

 

We serve alcohol that has been purchased by the host of the event and turn it into specialty cocktails. 

How do I go about selecting the drinks to serve at my event? 

Upon booking, we will assist you in crafting a menu and provide you with a shopping list according to your preference and budget for a seamless experience.

 

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry General Liability and Liquor Insurance in order to cover each event we serve. 

 

Where do you travel to?

We currently serve New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Event locations further than 30 miles from Willingboro, N.J., receive a travel fee of $. 60 per mile (roundtrip) will be added.

 

How much does it cost?

Every event is different. The final quote is based on guest count, duration of event and selected add-on options. Fill out our interest form to get a quote for your event. 

 

Are deposits required?

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of the total estimated cost is required at the time of booking. This acts as your acceptance of the terms listed below and secures the date. An event is not considered booked until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount, balance is expected three (3) business days in advance of the event or by the date outlined on the invoice.

 

We encourage booking your event as early as possible. A minimum of two (2) weeks for planning is preferred. If booked less than two weeks prior, a surcharge may be added to the total. We will try our best to accommodate last minute requests, however, we reserve the right to refuse events that are requested late or exceed our capacity to provide the service.

We are multifaceted. From networking events and small gatherings to weddings and birthday parties, K.I.C services a vast variety of event formats.

Underage Drinking and Visible Intoxication 

A TiPS® certified, liquor liability insured mixologist will responsibly serve alcohol to you and your guests. Keep It Cordial Mobile Mixology Services, LLC reserves the right to card and/or refuse service at any event. Please advise your guests that if they appear to be under the age of 30, they may be asked to provide ID. We reserve the right to close bar service due to underage drinking (under 21), with no refund. As per New Jersey and Pennsylvania State law, we will not continue to serve anyone we judge to be visibly intoxicated. The right to discontinue service to such individuals is ours; we will make every effort to be tactful. Your support as client and host in these matters is assumed and greatly appreciated.
